Oscar shortlisted Director Carl Prechezer was trained as an Art Director at St Martins School of Art before studying Filmmaking at The Royal College of Art and Screenwriting at the University of Southern California. After his studies, he became BAFTA FULLBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP's youngest ever recipient. Carl's hard work in the early years of his career paid off when he became the Director of Blue Juice, acclaimed surfing movie set in Cornwall featuring Catherine Zeta-Jones. This led him to various directing and screenwriting gigs in the world of drama and Television, most notably directing ITV's The Wine Show. Carl always made sure to make time for commercials. He has directed ads for a high volume of blue chip clients pretty much all over the world. Over time he started to specialise in food and children, both being the loves of his life. His passion for food has been passed down the generations, his father was a Sicilian restauranteur and made sure his son would inherit the knowledge of making food taste - and look - irresistible. And his passion for children comes from... his children!
